At Too Lovely’s Shop, all items are carefully selected and checked before shipping to ensure quality.
All Sales Final
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved claims will be issued as:
- Store credit, or
- Replacement item (if available)
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
